He spent 4 years on his online business. As the founder, he had two positions with both management and marketing responsibility. His management responsibilities included revenue accountability as well as hiring, training, and counseling of employees. In the marketing division, his responsibilities included enhancing sales that required interfacing with clients, service marketing, and field sales.
